Wonderful Wedding Planning 10/03/2014 Valerie PDonna and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! We had several unforeseen problems the day of my wedding and she handled it all swiftly and efficiently. I never had to stress about anything! In particular, two hours before our ceremony was supposed to start, my husband learned that Men's Wearhouse gave him someone else's Tuxedo. Donna immediately took control of the situation and commanded the attention of Men's Warehouse. She had their employees jumping through hoops for my husband. She resolved the issue in under an hour. HIRE HER!!!! I guarantee you will not regret it.
Hands Down the BEST PLANNER AND TEAM!!!! 7/26/2014 Merisa BWhere do I begin. Majestic Moments Event Planning came recommended to me through a mutual friend who had only good things to say. Being a perfectionist I knew that on my big day, I wanted to have someone I could trust, to make sure the day went on without a glitch or at least no obvious glitches anyone would notice! Donna was easy to work with her first step was to give me realistic budget expectations, and to find the right vendors that both met the criteria I was looking for and fit in with the budget and size of our wedding. Before I had Donna I was beyond confused and overwhelmed with the amount of things that needed to be done. I was planning my wedding in 5 months and in my in-laws backyard. Donna was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend her! Her price was perfect and the package was well described. We loved our vendors and the event was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Donna served as a perfect liaison between the vendors and us, making sure they had all the relevant details and did what they were supposed to. She organized all the meetings with the vendors( who were all fantastic) and made the whole process fun and easy. Our guests are still talking about the caterer and delicious the jerk chicken. She held my hand throughout the entire process, and was always promptly responsive, understanding, and professional. She went above and beyond what was described in the package and attended to many details I never would have thought of. She made sure I was aware of everyones duties gave me a detailed timeline of what was supposed to happen and when. On the day of, Donna’s team of 5 people were with us every step of the way. Two with me at my parents home and three with my husband at his parents home. We never had to worry about a thing. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her and her team. She made our day PERFECT!! We can't thank you enough. Thanks again!!
Best Planners!!!!!! 10/11/2014 Jessica ZDonna, Nancy and Tracy were AWESOME for our wedding. Donna was there for every single thing I needed leading up to our wedding day. She always answered my texts and calls in a timely manner and always gave me the best advice. She helped coordinate our rehearsal and was there through the whole thing and on the wedding day Donna and her team made sure everything went smooth and everything was taken care of. You guys were beyond awesome and I can't thank you enough for all your hard work!!!!
Amazing wedding planners! 9/21/2014 Kristina VMajestic Moments did our wedding and they were unbelievable!!! I forgot my garter and they had an extra one. Nothing went wrong the day of our wedding because majestic moments made sure of it! Anything we needed majestic moments had it and made sure we had an amazing wedding! I recommend them to everyone! You have to have them as a day of wedding planners. I highly recommend it!
Allowed us to focus on enjoying the wedding, not the logistics 8/23/2014 Cristina KWe used Majestic Moments as our "Day of Coordinator", but they were much more than that. From the onset, Donna was available to answer any questions we had. In the couple weeks leading up to the wedding, she was much more actively engaged: hosting confirmation calls with vendors, working on the timeline, hosting the rehearsal, etc. She really made the lead up less stressful! Most importantly, on the day of the wedding Donna & her team allowed us to really enjoy ourselves without having to worry about all the details!! They helped get guests on shuttles, kept us all on time, helped get the wedding dress on (no small feat), and so much more. In particular for anyone having a church wedding, like we did, I would highly recommend getting a coordinator. Coordinators are able to help with the set up, procession, handing out programs & bubbles, facilitating the receiving line, and organizing a beautiful send off - all of which would otherwise be left to you! Donna & her teams were pros at all this! While we were to hesitant hire a day of coordinator to begin with, as the day approached we couldn't have been happier that we did! I would highly recommend Majestic Moments to any bride - sure that you would find their services to be money well spent!
